[DeTomaso] Original Gr4 wheels up for auction

Got this from Oyvind Bakker in Norway, a long time friend who has slowly been restoring two rusty Panteras in parallel. He wrote:

Up for auction I have a ultra rare, maybe once in a lifetime,opportunity for you. A full set of the original De Tomaso/ Campagnolo Group 4 magnesium rims (10 and 14 inch wide)in excellent and newly restored condition. Taking painstaking efforts to using the right teqnique to restore them, they are now crack tested, stress relieved and treated to chromating/primer.The surface finish I have not over restored ,still showing some minor imperfections and their originality. You can get more information regarding the rims by contacting me on E-mail, and in my article on the restoration in POCA newsletter of February 2018.The rims are sold to the highest bidder from now to the end of June 2018. Even if there are several aftermarket wheels on the market copy the look of the Group 4 rims ,this set is a must have for anyone with one of the original Group 4/ GT 4 Panteras for value and autentity.

Even GT5 wheels are rare and expensive, but Gr4 wheels are like hen’s teeth. Be prepared to pay big bucks if you want these!
