[DeTomaso] Engine removal

My set up was a few inches short (that's what she said, eh Cleveland Larry?)
so had to remove rear bumper and even then "drag" the lump out. YMMV

Two part removal seemed pretty easy to me. We had no issues raising the ZF
clear of its mounts, separating it from the engine, hoisting it clear, then
hoisting out the engine with a carb plate, all without removing the deck
lid.
