Based upon the evidence presented to the jury, one can only deduce that it is not the same Pantera, the statement about your suspicions being wrong has not been corroborated, the Pantera #7294 for sale could still be a flood victim....

similar in geographic location, color and appointments to
the flood totaled yellow Pantera in Baton Rouge, Lousiana from about a year
ago.
