[DeTomaso] Headlight motor to plate bushings

So I'm rebuilding a headlight motor plate, and the motor mounts to the plate via some studs and is isolated from the plate by rubber grommets. The grommets promptly disintegrated when I removed the motor. Where do I get replacements?  Vendors?
