[DeTomaso] seeking 'special' turn signal stalk/switch

Norm at Team Blitz is not a Pantera owner but he is a great guy and
runs the business essentially out of his garage.  He knows the Pantera
crowd covets his stuff though :)

I don't have any trouble throwing $$$ Norm's way.  Capris are very
charming I think.
