Could those handles be for the Mercedes 350SL, 450SL convertible roof? Here
is a link to a Mercedes vendor that sells roof handles that look similar to
what you have.

A A So, any idea what these levers go to - they look like perhaps

     A A door handles?
A A Turns out that, including the above goodies (plus a Honda

     softer edges
A A to the raised sections than the 10 inch rims.A My guess is
     that all of
A A the rims have been powder-coated in the past, and that someone
     mated a
     A A pair of 7's to a pair of 10's - in as much as I thought I
     understood
A A that cars that had 10 inch rims on the back typically had 8
     inch rims
A A on the front.A But the 7 inch rims look like they might be
     later
A A L-model rims, based on the webbing towards the center of the
     rim.
A A Anyone with more knowledge of the arcane trivia of Pantera Rims
     care to
A A comment on what it is I bought?
A A NTL, in a previous Craigslist find, I ended up with two 8-inch
     rims
A A that appear to be in excellent condition.A So, end of the day
     I have
     A A 8's and 10's that will be going on 5332.
