[DeTomaso] weird tiny coolant tube

Dear John,
In all likelihood, that is the vent tube that was
designed, but not well engineered to vent air out of the system
*automatically*. Unfortunately, it does not work as expected. I have
it disconnected at both ends on both Panteras. There are approximately
50-60K trouble free miles between the two of them. You'll need to cap
it off or disconnect it at both ends, then the leak is solved.
