[DeTomaso] DeTomaso email forum resurrection - one year on

Thanks for the reminder, Asa Jay. It's all been written before but it's as
true as ever. The forum is one of the best parts about ownership and I'd
miss it terribly if it were to go away.

A sincere "thank you" to those who have stepped up to keep it going.
