[DeTomaso] Ford GT Pantera engine

Considering all the dolts who have mashed up their Ford GT's there ought to
be a good supply of these motors out there.  Is this the first transplant
Steve has done?

The decklid is modified so that it gradually humps up in the middle on the
Red car.  Thus the opening is a little smaller to see out of from the cabin.
Wilkinson had  a lot of time in making the decklid, which is fiberglass,
Even though the Ford GT engine was lowered ~3 inches in the car, the stock
supercharger still was too high for the stock deckllid.
