[DeTomaso] Techno question: L Pantera lower engine right angle cooling hose

That's the one I initially thought we were all referring to, but apparently not, so I'm crawling back in my cage....

Do you mean this tube?  I have a very vague recollection that metal was preferred because the rubber hose might collapse due to being hot and so close to the water pump inlet?

Chuck,

If you try to order that alone from a vendor what you will likely get is a metal 90 and two straight sections of hose.
