[DeTomaso] Hard Start Issue - The Final Solution

Pull off the rotor periodically and apply a drop of oil to the little felt pad beneath.

Keeps things moving down there.

Awesome write-up.  I recall finding a similar problem on my Mach 1 about
30 years ago.  Now whenever I replace the cap and rotor, I check the
mechanical advance.  :)
