Larry,

Your photos didn't come through--at least not for me?  It just says 'image1.jpg'

And you're wrong. The last six inches or so of both outer rockers are completely exposed on the back side. The inner rocker isn't as long as the outer. (They are also exposed in the front). That's what makes the front and rear of the rockers vulnerable to damage.  Fortunately it makes them easy to repair too. 

Your point about rust is well taken. It's likely there will be A- and B-pillar work needed when the rusty sheet metal is cut away. But as a 'driver' it's not critical that it be done right away.  However, the asking price should reflect the eventuality that work will be needed someday. I feel it's a bit aggressively priced at the moment....
