David,

Here was my cost (upgrade suggestions from Dave Briggs (SDP) in 2008. Ed Hale Racing did the engine
rebuild. Nothing fancy or crazy. I wanted it to be something maintainable and reliable.

Pantera Engine Rebuild

	New One-Piece valves
New Studs and Guideplates to make valve train adjustable
	New Roller Rockers (Crowler)
New Flat Top Pistons. Forged Racing Pistons
Low Deck Height (cut surface of block)
	Keep Original CAM
	ARP Rod Bolts. Stronger
	Assembly Balance
			             ==========
	 			$3,874

That was just the engine rebuild. New carb, gear-reduction starter and valve covers not included.

I have read various articles on rebuilding a 351-C and noted recommendations
for stronger valves, valve seats.. Is there a list of generally recommended
changes / upgrades to include and what is the reasonable cost for the total
    rebuild.

    Thanks,

    Dave
