[DeTomaso] SN 5533 Racing Next Weekend - June 9-11 -- at Portland

Mike,

I am from Paradise Valley, Arizona -- and brand new to the Pantera. The
connection to Portland is a bid odd.

   1. I bought SN5533 from Asa Jay, and he delivered it to my daughter who
lives in Portland (with her husband).
   2. I have a professional race team, and we race all over the country.
We generally have a truck and trailer out east, race mostly out of our shop
in AZ, and I wanted to keep a vintage car up in the NW to race when I visit
   my daughter.
   3. I also thought I may want to add hill climbs to my list of things to
do, and I can't imagine a better place than the PNW or a better car than
   the Pantera.
   4. Our team's engine builder (Ash Racing - Ed and Brandon Ash) is
located in Umpqua, and he said he would love to prep the Pantera and come
   to the events.
   5. Eventually, the Pantera will be brought down to our team shop in AZ
and replaced with something else. But, not until we work the kinks out.

So there you have the connection. I would love to meet you guys sometime.
So stay in touch.
