[DeTomaso] Venolia 4820 SBF Piston dish

Your best bet is to contact Venolia's tech department but the 4820 is an
NHRA approved replacement piston for the 5.0L SBF so I'd guess the
effective dish volume would be similar to the 1987 to 1992 OEM forged
pistons used in 5.0L HO engines.  IIRC, those are around 5 ccs (center dish
plus 4 valve cutouts).  Is the upper ring location the same as stock?  If
not, that will also affect the effective volume.  The OEM upper ring land
is pretty far down from the piston top.
