[DeTomaso] Oil Additives

That's a great article, and the 2015 data posting is probably still
valid, being HD Diesel and specialty oils.
But - the mainstream manufacturers specs were changing like a waterslide
from about 2009 until last year.
Yes - not their fault, kinda. They had to get their manufacturing mix
numbers down.
So they picked the bigger volume products to sacrifice.
