[DeTomaso] Rub 'n Buff users???

I began using rub 'n buff about 12 years ago. Seems to me it worked well because the aluminum was porous. Since your ZF was powder coated, I suspect powder coating sealed the porosity of the aluminum? I would experiment with the underside of the ZF as a test. Try it someplace where it won't be seen.

I have an uncleanable ZF because some previous doofus had it powder coated.
It sounds as though Rub n' Buff might just help me out.
I'd sooner be rid of the coating, but clean would be a big improvement.
