[DeTomaso] E-mail of Lloyd Butfoy?

Dear all
I have tried a couple of times to write to Lloyd Butfoy, but I received error messages as the one below. I also wrote to Blanche who has another e-mail address I found on his website, with the same result.
Do you know of any other working e-mail addresses Lloyd has? If not, I can of course try to write to the same e-mail address again from time to time and see if the problem will be fixed.
