[DeTomaso] Header coatings

I think ceramic coatings are the best.  I've previously used Jet-hot but will probably use a local vendor next time.  I have no idea how to touch it up if it needs it.  I currently have a set of headers ceramic coated about 17 years ago and they need to be refreshed.  I'll find out when I take them in, whenever that is.
