[DeTomaso] Stoptech brake rotor update

AJ,

They can't explain why the first two I got (one each from a different Summit warehouse) were without hubs. They claim it's an 'oops' but I think it's just an NOS issue where they changed the design some years ago and coincidentally I got the last two old versions Summit had.....
