It is 1/2 UNF (1/2-20) and there is no metric anything that will fit. 1/2 inch is 12.7mm so if one was determined to kluge a metric tie rod end onto an SAE tie rod, I suppose it could be cut down and tapped for a 12mm tie rod end. But why would you ever do that???
