Dear Chuck,


                   Two questions.


                  1)  What is your best guess regarding the total number of
Panteras manufactured from 1971--1974?

                  2)   What percentage of the total Pantera universe (
Ford-Panteras and post Ford Panteras thru 1991{?} )  do you estimate are NOT
in your Pantera registry?....or conversely, how much is in the Registry?
