[DeTomaso] Lithium Jump Start Gizmo is this Real???

I bought a small one of these to jump start my riding mower that had a 
bad battery.  I also used it a couple times on my 4 cylinder Honda 
Accord.  I also expect to use on my Formula Ford engine when I get that 
running again.  They work.
