   Ok folks, just for the record. I no longer reside in the great state of Arizona.
     I now reside in San Diego, California. I've been here for over a year.
      Mike Higgins (owner) of Vehicle Performance Center continues to do beyond excellent Pantera and race car work there.
     I speak with Mike on a weekly basis and I do miss working with him as I had for well over 23 years. Mike is a truly gifted mechanic and top notch machinist/ fabricator. He IS the go to Pantera service facility in the state of Arizona!
     My health issues preclude me working anything weighing much more than a ham sandwich at this time ............ hopefully that will change after the world of modern medicine has a shot at fixing me. ( Boy do I wish I lived near Dr. Charles Engles! ) 😀
    My cell phone number has not changed and is the only phone access to me now.  Anyone can find that number on the POCA web site in several locations or you can email me direct at:
