Understood.  Mine was original and white. Not very exciting.  So I went to Yellow!  That was the color
of the 1st Pantera I ever saw.  1973 in a Lincoln-Mercury dealership, East Lansing, MI.

Only took me 27 years to find mine.  HaHa  ;-))

    Hi All.

I am a new Pantera owner, 5887, and first post on line.

Embarrassed to say, haven't even physically seen car yet. It is being worked on at Vehicle Performance Center in Phoenix AZ., Just
updating to reliable original specs, etc. Car is white, which looks kind of bland to me. Thinking of some type of graphic update for
exterior. Could also use copy of logo to convert to film for exterior application.

    Thanks.

    Greetings William,

    Welcome to the DeTomaso Family.

I suggest you get connected to the DeTomaso Registry (www.DeTomasoRegistry.org)

You will need to share some fresh photos of your car, and then you have
earned 'share' status... then you can search and view all the cars in the registry.

(There are more than 5,500 cars in the registry, including 5887, and more than 200,000 photos.)

To gain ownership control over the entry for 5887 also include photos
of your VIN and ID plates.

Make sure to read the FAQs pages...  So you know how the registry functions.
The FAQs explains everything you need to know... and more.

    Best Regards,

    Chuck
