For everyone following this thread, Mike Drew has resolved the confusion.

 

This shows why photos of VIN and ID plates are required for any one to obtain Owner Control of an entry in the registry database.

 

Without the VIN photos to go on, the only information available were the license plates, and only one car showed a plate.

 

This one plate displays LAST CAT...   and a show placard for Tim's car states Last Car ..

 

So of the two cars that were mixed up, both indicated they were the 'last' AmeriSport car.

 

This is what caused the mix-up.
