[DeTomaso] Techno Question: Hall Big Bore header-exhaust donut-type gasket

Dear Bill,

That will be on my list for Saturday--- to try to find a muffler shop open on Saturday. I think the chances of success are much higher at a muffler shop.

                                      Warmest regards, Chuck Engles

Chuck,

What you want is readily available at most any auto parts store. I have extras rattling around here even though I have no need for them:

Just bring one of your headers to the auto parts store and root through their gasket inventory to find ones that will fit. My local O-Reilly store has them in both fiber (blue) and malleable aluminum, as pictured.

Good luck!

Mike
