Charlie,

Amazing thread to read. A little too close to home for me lately!  Just recently, my car was partially blasted only to see really shoddy repair work hiding is places I wasn't expecting.  Like the guy, I found very thick bondo in many places.  It's yet to be seen how much I attempt and how much I have someone else do.
