Mike,
It gets even better, that looks to be a different idler again, the one that was previously linked appears to go in the stock location, but was adjustable from the front negating the usual need to get a wrench on the rear.

All,
Here is a photo of the IPSCO water pump idler pulley setup. Note there is no alternator in view, as this car is fitted with a flat firewall kit that moves the alternator outboard of the A/C system.
