John, 
You made me think of how confused I may be sometimes with your remark about not having time and not wanting to bother the man who sold you a part that and who made the profit that apparently does not make mounting sense.
 Unique how I can, just did read yours and others, intently read an email about a strangers car problem thousands of miles away and may even happily suggest a fix yet I may pop-get-own an attitude of (how dare would my paying customer of thirty years ) dare to send me an email at 1:23 am about his car part problem where I made a profit and expect an answer.

Boy, do I have that one backwards!
I now will relish my customers doing the same if they are to daylight busy and truly need my advice.

I should honor my customer, and be lucky, asking me such a question over that of an unknown.
I then know that that person really is my customer and really does need me. 

Thanks for waking me up in more ways than one.
