[DeTomaso] Group 5 and IMSA Racing Panteras

Thank you Chuck for the follow-up.

I'm not sure why you are finding "no photos from (me)". I sent photos on 2/22/16, including a photo of the chassis number. I received an immediate return e-mail from imageprocessor at detomasoregistry.org stating "your photos have been received and are queued for processing".

But in any event my objective of "sharing" photos has been sorted.

I am, however, curious to see what others have posted as images for my car. So perhaps I'll take another run at getting properly authorized for your website. It sounds like a great asset. So thanks also to you for your efforts!

Dave

Originally I just sent photos of 9313 to the provamo.com site, but if (after logging in with the into that I was provided) I click
on the "some photos and details currently exist" link for 9313, I just get kicked back to the log in page. Just curious if you, or
any others who may be interested, can see them?

Hello Dave,

I have done some research, and no photos from you (the above listed e-mail address)
have ever been received by the registry.
One needs to share some photos to have 'shared' access. That explains your lack of 'share' access.

Perhaps you meant to send photos and didn't, or you sent them but they never arrived.

If you had contacted me, after not getting the usual automatic reply (replies)
I could have resolved this earlier.

Note to others, when a new registry user shares some photos, they are sent
an automatic e-mail, usually indicating their photos are in the queue for processing.
When their photos have been processed, their account it upgraded to 'shared', (if necessary).
And another e-mail is sent (containing your login credentials) which is the indication your account has been upgraded (to shared).
Also note that in order to have "owner control" of an entry, you must provide some
VIN plate photos.

Some ISPs may be blocking these verification messages, as they are automatically generated.
AOL, Yahoo, and Comcast services are notorious for blocking mail, both to me, and from me.

Nothing I can do about mail that does not arrive, (I do check my spam filters and folders),
or when my messages sent to you are blocked on your end.

I also note that you created an account, but didn't use your real (or full) name,
and that can cause users problems. It also makes it hard for me to "find" your account.
Do you know how many people use some variant of "Dave" in the world?

I do see that some photos exist of 9313, sent in by other users.

But good for you for not giving up on sharing details about your cars,
and creating your own site. We all benefit when we share!

Best Regards,

Chuck
