[DeTomaso] BaT 73 Pantera

Add to that ,the car looked a bit strange with GT5 flares/ skirts and a small GTS airdam replacing the much larger GT5 
version which helps to visually balance out the flares/rockers . 
Also, the front marker lights mounted directly to the sheelmetal looks a bit odd .There is possible evidence of prior
accident damage in the rear just below the AC drier in the engine compartment and the radiator support/ valance looks 
a bit scary. That is very simple to repair with no airdam but MUCH more difficult with the airdam in place. ( especially 
smoothed in like this car)

Unfortunately I find the GT5 with the running boards by far the least
attractive Pantera.  Whether that had anything to do with it, who knows.

There appears no way with BaT auctions to see if the reserve is met or not
until after the auction. That may actually be a good thing as it lessons the
likelihood of shill bidding up to reserve.
