[DeTomaso] POCA Membership Dues Analysis

If POCA wants to know, they should ask when people don¹t renew.
I think the rebate is a good thing. Most of the POCA events are going to
be local anyway - club meetings, tech sessions, drives, track days,
cookouts, etc. This helps build the local clubs, plus it gives people
more reason to join.
I think making the newsletter color is a waste, though. There¹s nothing
wrong with the newsletter the way it is.
