Thanks, exactly what I was looking for.  
Interesting that the shock bushing are 1 mm narrower?  I guess just a coincidence?

 I'm mocking up control arms and shocks, and some seem to be a really tight fit using after market bushings.  Is that common?  Does someone have the specs for the gap between ears the control arm and shock bushings fit into?
