[DeTomaso] List copyrights

I would really like to solve whatever issues need solved and get
everyone happy again. My goal in keeping the list running is NOT to
upset or alienate anyone. I've been lurking on the list since about
2002. I just want to give back to the community.

I've not communicated with the person issuing cease and desist emails
but according to the learned people I talked with, there is no valid
copyright claim for any of the list information by anyone. It is public
information and even if you put a disclaimer in your email saying it is
not to be shared as you claim copyright, you're knowingly posting to a
public forum so you have no copyright.

Hoping we can all just get along,
Kurt
