[DeTomaso] NPC: Microsoft is sneaking the Windows 10 update onto PCs

I'm running 10 on my work pc but have to hold off on all the home pcs due to incompatible programs.  Some replacements aren't available yet and in other cases I will have to use VMs to run them.  I want to be able to migrate on my own schedule.
