Your info is OLD I think. At the 'block' meeting or whatever it was revealed that there will not be a race event which meant a revision to the latest on the Rally just after it had been sent in; this is per Kent Snyder.

Your 'latest' is months out of date. The latest latest that I have heard is that there IS a track event. We are not putting it on however--somebody else is. We are invited to participate in their event.
