I'm on a Mac and they have a built in feature to keep track of all of them, from websites to credit card info, etc. and its very secure, but I also use a program called 1Password which works very well and acts as an encrypted vault for all of your passwords. Of all the sites you go to it adds the passwords as you use them automatically.

It's free to trial, and then $49.99 if you want to get a licensed copy.
