[DeTomaso] Are upper rear control arms different?

They look the same to me also, but I have never replaced a rear ball joint. It seems like there would be some feature in the control arm to position the ball joint. That might be a difference between right and left. Right and left have different part numbers.

I've never had cause to think about that until now, but are they actually different? Yes they are a mirror image looking at them with ball joints in place, but can one start with bare a-arms and press the upper rear ball joints in from opposite directions?
My aftermarket adjustable upper rear a-arms are most certainly interchangeable left to right.
