So where exactly do you see a license plate that says " loc n lod " ?

But the same license plate?
Mike is constantly sending his car back to Don for revisions. Have you seen the car lately? (I haven't).
I find it unlikely that a second blue Pantera is running around SoCal with the same license plate?
