I think that is why there is now an international discount, the US Chapters receive $25 of each membership renewal. When it was stated POCA was in the red, I had asked what accountability the local Chapters have for spending the funds but got no response. In a highly active chapter probably no question, but locally we have maybe 5-6 members out of 25 who participate in any events.

Back to renewing as an international, what would be the deal with the
reimbursement back to the local chapter? Really would not matter too much
as I am not a member of one.
I got 30 days to decide. Full, digital, or non member.

Is the international option discussed/mentioned on the POCA web site?
If one opts for the international, will hard copies be available to purchase
in case there is one desired?
