Surprisingly, the amount DONATED to the POCA General Fund by Kent & Sandi Snyder during 25 years of successful Fun Rallys (net profit) is close to that number. Bob Reid could tell us for sure- he was one of the 'gang of three' responsible for staging the events all those years.

Probably good to remember that the only reason there is a reserve at
   all is because budget that was set up for a number of profiles editions
   was not spent - as the editions weren't completed. I think
   withoutA that "windfall " the club would be pretty much break even.
