[DeTomaso] Paris Ban Cars before 1997 from the streets

Dear Jim,


               Well, as best as I can understand it, the French 
government knows that the recent deadly floods are part of global 
warming.  It is accepted science that all pre 1997 cars (as well as 
people) are the root cause of global warming.  Ipso facto: ban the cars; 
stop global warming and save France as well as the world.   This is a 
logical approach as any for the current socialist French 
administration...................   Ah, the French.
