[DeTomaso] Did some Panteras come with a rear window defroster?

Bottom of the four rocker switches in most cases. I've seen one that came from the factory with the switch located on the underside of the dash on the left side of the wheel, facing the floor. You can't see it from behind the wheel! The hazard switch was next to it I think....
