[DeTomaso] Best stroker kit for a Cleveland

>From what I have heard and seen documented Dan Jones has perfected an ideal combination of parts for a 408 stroker. I believe that is all documented somewhere in a shopping list style format, so albeit not an "off one shelf kit", it is a complete list of parts required for assembly.

I would expect the success (longevity) of any stroker kit to lie in the careful selection of the block, especially if that is a used block as opposed to one of the aftermarket offerings now available.

Best will vary depending on who you talk to.

I was very happy with my 377², offset ground stock crank stroker kit from
Dennis Quella. I killed that engine due to a mistake I made - not related
to the stroker kit.

I am also very happy with the 408", 4² SCAT crank kit that I currently
have.

These days, it¹s hard to go wrong with anything.
