[DeTomaso] parking brakes

When I park on an incline the brakes are for obvious reasons applied
when I pull the handle. It works that way too of course. :-)

You're not supposed to apply the brake pedal when you set the e-brake. 

You just yank on the handle and you're set. 

That's why it's also an emergency brake. If your hydraulics go out, you 
can use your hand brake in an emergency.
