Looks like a beautiful car at a fair price to me.
 
The steering wheel is not what I would choose, but that could be easily remedied.

The owner Keith is on the PI forum and had it on eBay, it sold for $60K, but like many eBay sales the buyer didn't come through, saying he didn't expect his bid to hit reserve! Keith was disappointed and thought he'd done something wrong on the eBay listing. The only negative I see are the roll bar and yellow seats/steering wheel, but he has the original seats and the roll bar is removable, so all easily corrected.

Rapuzzi, a long-time collector car enthusiast who has decided it's finally
time to find a Pantera.  He is looking specifically for a Pre-L car in good
to excellent condition.  I've cc'd Chuck on this email, so if you know of
someone looking to sell their chrome-bumpered car, or are aware of a
listing, please let us know.  Quick searches of pim.com, hemmings.com and
provamo.com this morning didn't reveal much.  Chuck (Melton), it's been a
long time since I've seen your website without any cars for sale!
