[DeTomaso] NPC

Early cars were wooden chassis (ala Morgan), but switched to steel construction in 1969. This is a 1970 and the seller references "frame and running gear all in excellent shape, no rust or issues" with chassis number 5824, so a steel chassis car.

The 3 liter V6 variants (which the advertised car is) would be more desirable, with only ~250 built, later they went to a Volvo straight 6. That said many got converted to the more desirable Essex V6, so worth digging to find out if the V6 is original to the car.

I remember them as light, fast and very tractable.  I also seem to
remember they had a laminated wood body, al la WWII Mosquito.
