Michael, great list! Since, dare I say, the majority of the cars out there HAVE been modified, I'd suggest that we capture some standard items rather than just one free-form area. Such as:

1) Engine
 - Cleveland vs Windsor vs other
 - bore / stroke
 - heads
 - headers / exhaust
 - flywheel / clutch
 - etc

2) engine bay
 - painted / finished
 - a/c and hose relocation
 - tranny polish / gear changes
 - etc

3) heating / cooling
 - aluminum / brass radiator
 - tank relocation
 - fan upgrades
 - etc

4) wheels and size

5) suspension
 - shocks / springs
 - sway bars
 - spring weights
 - etc

6) exterior
 - wings
 - tail lights / head lights
 - gts / gt5 conversions
 - bumpers

7) interior
 - gauges
 - seats
 - steering wheel
 - console
 - stereo
 - etc

And I'm sure a bunch more!
