No, it's Swedish. For general use a charger in the 3A range should do.
If you're planning on getting more than one I suggest one more powerful
(e.g. 5A or 7A) , the rest 3A.

I am just about to buy a few car battery trickle chargers. 
Not keen on buying any China made charger though, if I can avoid it... 

What would you guys suggest is the best charger out there? 
One that actually works safely for years and without burning up. 
Ie. best bang for my bucks. 

Any info/leads/links appreciated.
